Policies and Procedures

Policies

Initial engagements are for three months paid in advance via personal check or Paypal. Three-month packages expire five (5) months from the date of purchase and one-month packages expire two (2) months from the date of purchase. There are no refunds once payment has been rendered. Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 fee for the first last-minute cancellation and $75 for all subsequent last-minute cancellations. Everything we say and do will be kept confidential unless you present as a physical danger to yourself or others. In this case, I will inform legal authorities so that protective measures can be taken. Unlike a physician or lawyer, however, our confidentiality agreement is not protected by law. Should it ever happen, I cannot claim in court to be unable to divulge the contents of our conversations. 

Procedures

Once payment has been made and a signed coaching agreement received, sessions will occur via phone or in person, depending on location. Clients should email a coaching preparation form at least 24 hours in advance of their sessions. If sessions are via phone, clients will call Leigh Ann at an agreed-upon number. After the initial three-month engagement, coaching will be negotiated on a month-to-month basis. Clients may move up or down in intensity for monthly continuation (i.e., after three months of concentrated work, clients may move down to intensive work).  Leigh Ann requests one month's notice of termination.
